Global Linguist Mobilization System
To efficiently secure and establish linguistic resources, aLanguageBank developed and launched a proprietary database management system, the Global Linguist Mobilization System (GLMS). The GLMS facilitates the operations of our project coordination team with efficiency and expediency for on-site, off-site or even overseas coverage. The broadcasting feature of the system empowers project managers with the ability to identify and mobilize linguists in any geographic region for even the rarest of dialects.
Based on the specific needs and requirements of a request our team of project coordinators can tap the GLMS to secure a candidate for any specialized request.
The GLMS can be sorted by any of the following criteria:
- Language (both source and target)
- Name
- Location (city, state, and/or country)
- Security clearance level
- US citizenship status
- Areas of Expertise
